Rogowski Coil MFC150 (8 mm cross-section) is a flexible current transducer based on the Rogowski principle. MFC150 coils are available in different sizes and can be supplied according to the customer's design, therefore they can be used in all applications where traditional transducers do not fit due to their size and/or weight.
The MFC150 coil is equipped with a shield against the influence of external magnetic fields, therefore it ensures stable measurement from low currents up to hundreds of kA. Rogowski coils must be connected to an electronic integrator. Our UPM209 and UPM309 power meters can interface directly with Rogowski coils without the need for external integrators (Smart kits). This is an advantage because there is no external box or any power supply, providing ease of use.
The MFC150 is also available with a built-in integrator, without the need for external devices for 90° phase shift compensation and frequency equalization. This is an advantage because there are no external boxes, providing ease of use. Our UPM209 and UPM309 power meters can interface directly with Rogowski coils without the need for external integrators (Smart kits).
