These capacitors are designed to operate under harsh conditions where high overload values ​​can be expected: voltage, current (harmonics), and temperature. They provide an ideal solution for harmonic capacitor banks with harmonic reactors installed in the aforementioned demanding applications.
Heavy-Duty capacitors are characterized by long life, resistance to voltage and overcurrent, and exposure to high temperatures. The declared values ​​significantly exceed the requirements of IEC 60831.
Safety is ensured by the use of an overpressure disconnector that disconnects the capacitor on all three phases.
